Terms of Service

These Terms govern purchases of digital guides from Morrow Manuals. The product description, price and policy version shown when an order is placed form part of the agreement for that order.
1. Seller and support information
Morrow Manuals is a digital publishing project selling practical downloadable guides.

2. Products
Morrow Manuals sells downloadable PDF guides and related practical templates. The relevant sales page identifies the guide, current price, included materials and intended audience.
The guides are supplied to adults for personal or household use. They are educational resources and are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial or other professional advice.
3. Price and payment
The total price and currency are displayed before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. Morrow Manuals does not store full card numbers, card security codes or complete payment credentials.
4. Immediate supply of digital content
For orders made under the current policy, the guide is supplied shortly after Stripe confirms a paid order.
Before payment, the customer must actively tick an unchecked box containing this statement:
Send me my guide now. I expressly agree to receive the digital content immediately, before the 14-day cancellation period ends
The Morrow Manuals 30-day try-it guarantee applies.
The consent text, version, fingerprint and time are recorded on the Morrow Manuals server and linked to the resulting Stripe Checkout Session and product. A browser cookie is not used as proof.
If valid proof cannot be linked to the paid Checkout Session, automatic immediate delivery is blocked and the order requires manual resolution.
5. Order confirmation and delivery
Stripe’s return page is not proof of payment. Delivery is created only after the signed Stripe webhook confirms a paid order for the expected product, amount and currency.
The private download link is sent to the checkout email address. The delivery email also confirms the immediate-supply consent on a durable medium and links to these Terms and the Refund Policy.
Customers are responsible for entering a valid email address and checking spam, junk or promotions folders if the message does not appear.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled under the Morrow Manuals Refund Policy.
Approved Stripe refunds return to the original payment method. A confirmed full refund revokes active private download links for the refunded order and ends the related personal licence.
7. Licence and permitted use
Purchase grants one personal, non-transferable licence for personal or household use. You may not resell, redistribute, upload publicly, share the private link, publish substantial parts of a guide or claim ownership of Morrow Manuals material.
8. Product use and outcomes
Results depend on household circumstances, implementation and individual needs. Morrow Manuals does not promise a particular family, behavioural, educational or health outcome.
If you have serious concerns about a child’s behaviour, sleep, development, health, safety or wellbeing, seek qualified professional support.
9. Availability and changes
The website may be maintained or updated for security and operational reasons. A purchase remains governed by the product description and policy version applicable when its Stripe Checkout Session was created.
10. Mandatory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to digital content that is faulty, inaccessible, not fit for purpose or not as described.
