Refund Policy
Effective date: 20 July 2026
This policy explains the voluntary Morrow Manuals refund guarantee and the legal rights that continue to apply to digital guides.
- Current guarantee: covered by our voluntary 30-day try-it guarantee.
- Refund route: approved refunds return through Stripe to the original payment method.
- Full refunds: access to the refunded guide ends.
- Statutory rights: never restricted by this policy.
1. The 30-day try-it guarantee
Morrow Manuals offers a voluntary 30-day refund guarantee.
Use the guide at home for 30 days. If it isn’t useful for your family, you can request a refund within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
The voluntary guarantee is limited to one refund per customer for each product. Manifest fraud or repeated abusive requests may be excluded from this voluntary guarantee only; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. How to request a voluntary refund
Email morrowmanuals@gmail.com from the address used for the purchase and include only:
- the name of the guide; and
- the order or Stripe receipt reference.
A short request is enough. Please do not send photographs, completed worksheets, information about a child, proof of use or full payment-card details. We will never require intrusive evidence to assess a request.
3. Refund route and timing
Approved refunds are submitted through Stripe to the original payment method. We cannot redirect a Stripe refund to a different card, account or recipient.
After Stripe submits the refund, the bank or payment provider normally takes approximately 5 to 10 business days to display it. Banking times remain outside our direct control.
4. Access after a full refund
When a full refund is confirmed, active private download links for that order are revoked and the personal licence to use the refunded guide ends. You should delete retained copies and stop using or sharing the refunded guide.
A partial refund does not automatically revoke access unless the cumulative confirmed refund equals the full purchase price.
5. Faulty, inaccessible or misdescribed digital content
The voluntary guarantee is separate from your legal rights. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for any purpose made known to us and as described.
If a guide is corrupted, inaccessible, materially different from its description or not delivered as promised, contact us. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to repair or replacement, a price reduction or a full refund.
The one-refund limit for the voluntary guarantee does not restrict these statutory rights.
6. Contact
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or replaces a mandatory consumer right.
